CHAPTER SUMMARY:

The first few weeks of college can be seriously overwhelming for any freshman. Between juggling school work, dorm life, night life and everything else collegiate life entails, forming new friendships can feel rather daunting. With a campus as big as ours (nearly 27,000 undergrads), finding your niche may seem nearly impossible.

Don't fret because the campus provides endless opportunities to get involved and meet new people.  There are more than 800 student clubs and organizations. One advantage of attending a large, public university is the diverse student body.
