CHAPTER SUMMARY:
It is impossible to ignore the presence of drugs and alcohol on college campuses today. While the legal drinking age remains to be 21-years-old, and most do not reach that age until their senior year, college students across the country continue to participate in heavy drinking.Drugs, both legal and illegal, remain a strong force on college campuses. Both the availability and social stigma for drugs is changing, and for the worse.
